Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and technical support to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
· In a joint venture with Lytec Systems, Inc., specifications were designed to release a brand new practice management system to accommodate the 1992 HCFA change and to address the Y2K issue which existed in the company's then current medical product. MPM II was developed, tested and released to the market to accommodate the new HCFA requirements and to prepare existing customers for Y2K readiness.
